This is the fourth workshop in the series, with previous workshops in 2010 (Würzburg), 2011 (Cambridge), and 2014 (Würzburg).
There will be a special In Memoriam lecture given by Paul Fuhrmann to commemorate the contributions and friendship of Uwe Helmke, the founder of this series of workshops on Mathematical Aspects of Network Synthesis.
