Background
Francesca Paola Carli received the M.Sc. degree in Telecommunications Engineering (cum laude) in 2007 and the Ph.D. degree in Information Engineering in 2011, both from the University of Padova, Italy. She held postdoctoral positions at the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, University of Minnesota, Minneapolis, USA and at the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, University of Liege, Belgium. Since 2014 she is a Research Associate at the Department of Engineering, University of Cambridge, United Kingdom. Her current research interests are in the areas of Modeling and Estimation, System Identification, Machine Learning and Optimization.
