Francesca Paola Carli received her Ph.D the M.Sc. degree in Telecommunications Engineering (cum laude) in 2007 and the Ph.D. degree in Information Engineering in 2011 2011, both from the University of Padova, Italy. In She 2011-2012 she held a postdoctoral position positions at the Department of Information Electrical and Computer Engineering, University of Padova, Italy Minnesota, Minneapolis, USA and in 2012-2013 at the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Engineering, Science, University of Minnesota, Minneapolis, Liege, Belgium. USA. Since 2014 she is a Post-doc Research Associate at the Department of Engineering, University of Liege, Belgium (FNRS). She is Cambridge, United Kingdom. Her current currently a research associate at interests are in the University areas of Cambridge, UK. Modeling and Estimation, System Identification, Machine Learning and Optimization.
