| Background |
| Andrea Lecchini Visintini received the Laurea Degree in Computer Engineering (1997) from University di Pavia, Italy, and a PhD Degree in Computer Engineering (2001) from University di Brescia, Italy. He was a post-doc researcher (2001-2003) at the Centre for System Engineering and Applied Mechanics, Université Catholique de Louvain, Belgium, and Visiting Fellow at The Research School of Information Sciences and Engineering (Novemeber 2002, and August 2005) - The Australian National University - Canberra. From July 2003 to June 2006, he has been a post-doctoral Research Associate in the Control Group in the Department of Engineering - University of Cambridge. Since July 2006 he is a Lecturer in Engineering at the University of Leicester. |
